Community Etiquette: Do's and Don'ts
Follow these guidelines to be a valued community member:
Do's
- Share QC photos when you receive items
- Ask specific questions with photos attached
- Search before asking — most questions have been answered
- Share finds and deals you discover
- Be respectful and patient with responses
Don'ts
- Ask vague questions without context
- Share personal seller contact info publicly
- Post low-effort "is this good?" without photos
- Spam the same question in multiple channels
- Share unverified information as fact
How to Get QC Help from the Community
Getting useful QC feedback requires asking the right way:

Post your QC photos in the appropriate channel (shoes, clothing, accessories).

Include the product name, brand, and where you bought it (KakoBuy Spreadsheet).

Ask specific questions: "Does the toe box look right?" rather than "Is this good?"
